Sculptra® is a collagen-stimulating injectable designed for clients who want long-term, natural- looking support rather than an “instant filled” look. It works gradually, helping improve firmness and facial support over time, with results that look like you — just refreshed and better supported.
Sculptra® is an injectable collagen biostimulator (poly-L-lactic acid). Instead of adding immediate volume like traditional fillers, it’s placed strategically to encourage your skin to rebuild collagen — supporting:
• improved firmness and structure
• softened hollows and shadows
• gradual lift and restoration of facial support
• overall skin quality and resilience

Course
Sculptra® is for clients who want their results to look progressive, subtle, and confidently natural. The goal isn’t to change your face — it’s to restore support and improve skin quality in a way that looks effortless and long-lasting.
Natural results - always
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours.
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours.
- Avoid extreme temperatures (saunas, steam rooms, ice baths) for 72 hours.
- Avoid facials and advanced skin treatments for 2 weeks (we’ll advise).
- If you experience mild discomfort, you may take paracetamol (if suitable for you).
- If your clinician advises massage, follow the instructions carefully (this supports the best outcome).
Sculptra® Aftercare
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment.
- Where possible, avoid blood-thinning medications such as aspirin or ibuprofen for 72 hours before treatment (unless prescribed). If you take prescription anticoagulants/blood thinners, please tell your practitioner in advance.
- Arrive well-hydrated and with a clean, make-up free face where possible.
- Please let us know if you’re unwell or have an active skin infection.
Sculptra® Pre-Treatment Advice
Pre & Post treatment advice
Common, temporary effects can include: redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising, a feeling of firmness while the area settles. Less common risks include infection or inflammatory reactions, and in rare cases small nodules. We’ll explain suitability and risks clearly during your consultation and provide an urgent contact pathway should you ever need us after treatment.
